Choosing to be a psychotherapist, was definitely not an easy choice to be made, however it was my wish that I wanted and I did fulfill. In the process of making this decision I realized how many people wanted to ask for mental and psychological help but there were few sources, with the possibility that sometimes the family or the community they lived in were a barrier to receive the right help due to the lack of information we had on psychological illnesses back in the time. As a result, it became my goal to provide as much help as I can for psychological help seekers and in 11 years I achieved my goals by providing mental and psychological support and treating more than 50,000 patients from different genders, ethnicities, ages and backgrounds. Achieving this number was also due to my keen professional relationship I had with them; as it was based on my personal and humanitarian values such as the deep and strong trust, keeping their information confidential, helping them to feel safe and secure…etc. In my years of working as a psychotherapist, I realized that my main goal to achieve currently is to pass my experience, knowledge, and working in mental health domain skills to those who want to provide help in order we can work together to make the access easier and available for psychological and mental health sources.
